Welcome to the MNLL 2020 UMass Boston Skills Clinic registration page!
This clinic is open to all AAA, Major's & 13 Ball Division participants.
The cost of the clinic is $50 per player. If you attend one or all five sessions offered, the fee will be the same.
You must register and pay on the website. You cannot register at the door. At this time, the session is limited to 50 players. If demand exceeds supply, we may open this up to more and/or you'll be placed on the waitlist.
The clinics will run for the following five days on UMass Boston campus at either the Clark Athletic Center or Monan Park. UMass Boston Skills Clinic Q&A
Q) Where do I park?
A) The campus parking has changed. If the D Lot (adjacent to C.A.C.) gates are open, please feel free to park.. otherwise you must park at the new West Parking Garage and there is a flat-rate parking fee of $10. For the clinics at Monan Park you can park for free at Boston College High School.
Q) What if I cannot attend all the sessions, do you offer a pro-rated rate?
A) Unfortunately, the rate cannot be pro-rated. MNLL has worked with UMass to make this as affordable as possible, in fact the league is subsidizing a portion of the cost.
Q) What if I cannot make the time slot for my ball player?
A) If you have a conflict for a week you can attend the other time slot
Q) Do I need to stay at UMB while the clinic is taking place, or can I drop off my ball player?
A) No, you can drop off your ball player but if you want to watch and learn a few practice/skills tips please do. We encourage all coaches to consider attending as many sessions as possible to learn from the UMB coaching staff.
Q) Can I ask questions during the sessions?
A) If a ball player has a question about a drill or anything relevant to the clinic they’re performing please have them speak up. If a parent has a question Coach Eygabroat kindly asks to wait until the session is over then feel free to fire away. He doesn’t want to take time away from the kids.
Q) Can I sign up the day of the clinic?
A) Unfortunately, you cannot. You must be registered on the MNLL website
Q) What if there is inclement weather, will the clinic still go on?
A) In the event of inclement weather MNLL and Coach Eygabroat will be in contact to make the call. Your safety is the priority and an email would be sent out if the clinic were to be canceled. Coach Eygabroat will work with MNLL to arrange a make-up date.
